The Inland Baseball Umpires Association is planning the 2026 CIFSS Baseball Season. the IBUA Board has provided updated meeting dates for the upcoming 2026 Season.
2026 IBUA Fees:
2026 IBUA Membership- $110
2026 IBUA Assignor Fee- $115
All fees for the 2026 season are due by December 15, 2025. Fees received after December 15, 2025 will be assessed a $25 Assignor Late Fee and a $25 Membership Late Fee. (These late fees are waived for new members)
2026 Sign-Up and Availability Forms have now been added below as well as multiple other pages throughout the website.
Anyone interested in joining the IBUA for the upcoming 2026 season should download and fill out the Membership form and availability form and submit them according to the instructions on each form. If you have any questions, feel free to email IBUA @ IBUAwebmaster@gmail.com.

The Inland Baseball Umpires Association was established in 1958 and is the oldest umpiring association in the Inland Empire. Our unit covers the high schools within the Inland Empire region which stretches from San Bernardino as far south as Temecula and as far west as Corona. We are dedicated to promoting the advancement of amateur baseball in the Inland Empire by encouraging the spirit of clean sportsmanship, honesty, discipline and teamwork among the institutions, spectators, players, coaches and officials.
