The Inland Baseball Umpires Association (IBUA) was established in 1958 and is an affiliated unit of California Baseball Umpires Association (CBUA). IBUA & CFOA utilize the NFHS Baseball Rules and Case Book as our rulebook governing High School Games. Our unit covers the high schools within the Inland Empire region which stretches from San Bernardino as far south as Temecula and as far west as Corona. We are dedicated to promoting the advancement of amateur baseball in the Inland Empire by encouraging the spirit of clean sportsmanship, honesty, discipline and teamwork among the institutions, spectators, players, coaches and officials.
